Muaremi, Amir

Amir Muaremi obtained the BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from HSR Rapperswil in 2008 and the MSc degree in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich in 2010. During his studies he performed the Master Thesis in the Speech and Audio Processing (SAP) Group at Imperial College London.

In January 2011, he started his PhD in the Wearable Computing Group at the Electronics Laboratory.

MONARCA - MONitoring, treAtment and pRediCtion of bipolAr Disorder Episodes

My main contribution in this project is voice analysis and emotion recognition from speech signal on mobile phone during phone call conversations and prediction of the emotional state of bipolar disordered people.
